2016 chevy traverse problems

New to this forum. Have 2012 traverse with DIC “coming on then going black”. As mentioned by another sometimes with stay on all day and work correctly then jus go black. This model has buttons which sound like they are functional. No amount of pushing any button restores lights to the DIC.
