DoorDash shouldn’t be able to sidestep Prop 22 by deactivating drivers who benefit from it within reason like this (literally the ETAs DoorDash itself provides). I’m glad to have my account back, but it also validates my concerns. I don’t really think DoorDash should get away with stuff like this.
