This unique Geisha coffee originates from Wilford Lamastus' award-winning Lamastus Elida Estate Farm in Boquete, which is a multiple Best of Panama winner. After the coffee cherries are harvested, they go through fermentation for seven days in tanks with their pulp still attached.
