Gmc acadia shakes when accelerating

Our trusty Acadia has around 140k miles. Recently, it started doing a slight shutter/shim when accelerating. It is in the front of the car on the passenger side. I've read that it could be the transmission, could be the front line drive bolts. We had the transmission fluid flushed/changed recently. It is still dark.
