Honda odyssey power tailgate reset

Nov 1, 2021 · My tailgate just started doing this after some rain. It looks like the seal along the tailgate window rail is cracked all the way across and is probably letting in water. It's 55,000 miles on a 2019 odyssey EXL. Seems like a manufacturing issue. Anybody know if Honda is repairing these or has any TSBs or anything?

Then the tailgate cannot be closed because it thinks it is already closed. You could try pulling this tether to try and manually reset the latch, not sure if this would help, but it ...
