How many folders deep sims 4 cc

I'd say stick to 10-15 sub-folders at most. Maybe instead of having subfolders, look into merging your custom content instead. Creating merged files out of my custom content works better for me. I tried more than 20 folders and it made my computer lag pretty bad.
