3 posts · Joined 2005. #1 · Dec 22, 2005. Is there any mod that's been worked out to open the tailgate of a non-touring model ody from the inside? There's a little door there that I can pry open but I can't find what I would play with to get the latch to disconnect/open.

Probably need to pull the door panel and see what's up. It could also be the lock tumbler siezed up in the hole, as well.
