I have exactly the same issue. Ever since Comcast performed work in my neighborhood over this past month, my IP address is now geo-located almost 250 miles away in Jackson, MS while I actually live in Bartlett, TN. Previously, the geo-location of the public IP on my modem was almost exactly on top of my home.

Comcast's website shows our IP range as from 96.xxx.xxx.193 - 96.xxx.xxx.197 with a gateway ip address of 96.xxx.xxx.198 and the subnet mask of 255.255.255.248 (as expected.)
