I've been following the sub through lots of score releases and it's not been that early at least in a long time. Here are the earliest reports of getting scores from release threads in the past. June 2017 = 6:55 AM. October 2017 = 6:43 AM. November 2017 = 6:45 AM. December 2017 = 6:57 AM.
