Technically, a "VoPo Luger" is a Luger that was issued to and used by the East German Volkspolizei ("VoPo"), and is identifiable as such by Volkspolizei property markings. Your Luger is not a VoPo Luger. Rather it is a Luger that was overhauled and exported from Germany after West Germany and the (former) East Germany were reunited into one nation.These have what looks like a VOPO X cross-out mark on the right grip, while the left grip has Eagle/N proofs, which I think are commercial Mauser proofs.
