Moving OneGoal’s programming toward a Culturally Relevant program experience means that we are moving from telling Fellows what their postsecondary destination should be toward a model in which we ask students what they most care about, what they want to do, and then help them find a pathway that fits their values, purpose, and aspiration.

In OneGoal’s classroom-based solution, Program Directors build long-term relationships with Fellows to understand their unique circumstances and explore their long-term ambitions.
