In general I would say the average SmartyPANCE question is on the average to easy end of a PAEA question, and an average Rosh/UWorld question is harder than the average PAEA question. I took the PANCE in May of this year. My EOR scores ranged from 80-97% and I passed the PANCE very easily. Technically my PANCE score percentage-wise was higher than half of my EORs.
