When I haven't been on the birth control pill, I've experienced pretty bad bacne. My skin scars really easily so it's left me with lots of acne scars/dark spots. I have an old tube of cream containing hydroquinone that I use fairly regularly but it doesn't seem to have worked. Maybe because it's old, maybe it's not a good brand, I don't know.
