I buy the 2-serving, 3 meal a week plan. I cook the meal and split it into 4 servings, which makes two dinners and two lunches for just me. So I'm really only having to cook 3 times a week and I get 12 meals out of it. So it's extremely affordable, its delicious, and it comes into a perfect portion size to stay within my points for weight watchers.

For me, it varies a lot. This weekend, I planned very easy meals because I wanted to do other things besides cook, and it will probably take a total of 2 1/2 hours.
