CBBE is supposed to look smoother, though I honestly can’t tell the difference. Also, UNP has more “bones” and so can be morphed in a few ways that CBBE can’t. As I'm creating more characters now, I'm slowly coverting to different body types, just to try different ones. I have been using CBBE faithfully since i came here, but some armors don't have the CBBE conversion plus i can see the difference each body will give the character, even using a bodyslide program, there really is a difference be tween …I use CBBE 3BA. But it shouldn't matter. The only real issue with bodies are outfits not playing nice with Bodyslides of the other body type. You can wear UNP outfits, but you will get some clipping issues. Alternatively, there's also new UBE bodies. UBE basically features a working anus, if for whatever reason you like THOSE kinds of mods.I personally found UNP to be more natural looking, and I liked the skin options for UNP. But again it's a matter of preference.. there are UNP body replacers that are more well endowed, and some cartoonishly so. I use CBBE for the practical reason: Most mod armors are built for or have compatibility with CBBE.Installing is a little bit complicated, since the last one installed/loaded is the one that will be dominant for the player. For instance, since my player is CBBE-3BBB, I needed to install BHUNP first, then CBBE-3BBB. As for switching the player, it's possible that what you're suggesting might work. Also check out the skin mods, most of them have both versions avaliable. At this point it is hard to tell if one is superior then the other, unless you really want to focus on jiggle physics, then CBBE 3ba is the best choice. 2.There aren't any physics hair mods for SE except a set of wigs or two. CBBE SE = More polygons and a LESS of a hassle to work on it thanks to Outfit Studio. UUNP and UNP are oldrim stuff therefore you need to convert it to SE. For more realistic cbbe shapes I like the "athletic" and "strong" presets in bodyslide.

Consider using Unified UNP as part of Bodyslide 2 instead - it comes with pretty much every variant of UNP out there as an option (including base UNP and UNPB), but with a higher poly count, and all the vanilla outfits are done for any type you choose to use.
