They have 3 OE replacement, and custom switches in 3" 4" 5" 6"., Pull the fuel line and make sure the line flows freely. Then pull the carb. Pull the bowl and make sure the float is set correctly and that the valve flows freely. It's messy, but I'd put the carb back in place with the bowl off and reconnect the fuel line., To disable the VOES to check timing simply clamp the hose shut so the VOES doesn't get vacuum from the carb.
